  • How do I qualify to buy at wholesale cost?
    Wholesale accounts will be approved for business with a valid tax id number.
  • Can custom size mirrors be built?
    Yes, custom orders are not returnable or refundable.
  • Is your glass flawless in reflection?
    Yes, our glass is 3/16 inches thick and quality inspected.
  • Do you make any other shapes than square or rectangle?
    We do not stock any unique glass shapes, however we are happy to check our supplier resources for custom shapes if needed.
  • What is the hanging hardware, how do I install your mirrors?
    Standard hanging hardware installed is four D-Rings, for both vertical or horizontal orientation.
  • Do you have any beveled or shatter proof glass?
    No, however we are happy to check our supplier resources for custom glass types if needed.
  • Do I have to pay tax on my order?
    If your business can provide a tax exempt information then no tax will be charged. If not, then current tax rates will be applied.
  • Is there a discount for ordering in Bulk?
    Possibly, any bulk quantity discounts can be discussed during the quoting period.
  • Can I pay using a credit card?
    Credit cards are not currently accepted. Checks, and EFTs are accepted. Payment terms vary depending on order size and credit references.
  • Is there a Minimum order quantity?
    Yes, quantity 10.
  • Is the shipping cost included in my quote?
    No, shipping cost will be quoted for each order depending on delivery location and current carrier rates.
  • How are multiple mirrors packed for shipping?
    Each order is custom packaged on a pallet for nationwide shipping.
  • What happens if my mirrors break in transit?
    Free replacements will be shipped as long as photo documentation is provided by the customer of the carrier damage to the product.
  • Do you have stock, how long will it take to ship my order?
    Mirrors are not stock but made to order. Typical bulk orders of 10 plus ship in 1 – 2 weeks, but lead time will vary depending on seasonal volume. Lead time estimates will be given at the time of the quote.
  • Do I need a dock at my location to have my order delivered?
    Typical orders will be palletized and shipped via dock high freight truck. If the delivery location doesn’t have a dock then a freight truck with a lift gate will need to be selected before the carrier is assigned to ensure the pallet can be lowered down to ground level at the shipping destination. Additional lift gate fees may apply.
  • What is the return policy?
    Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after delivery. LTL Shipping cost and any return product damage will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Do you offer a manufacturer warranty and what does it cover?
    Yes, all Brandtworks products are covered with a manufacturer warranty: BrandtWorks warrants to the original consumer / purchaser that their product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of delivery. BrandtWorks will replace, free of charge, during the warranty period, any product or part that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal use and service. If the same product is not available for replacement one of equal or lesser value can be selected as refunds are not covered in the Brandtworks warranty only replacement items or parts are covered. If a part is determined as defective then the Brandtworks warranty covers the free replacement part not the whole product replacement. All claims of manufacturer defect should be filed with Brandtworks via email brandtworksllc@yahoo.com by the consumer / purchaser or retailer. Claim emails should include the original order information, description of defect and imagery of defect product for claim approval consideration.
